COMMISSION DELEGATED DIRECTIVE (EU) 2015/863 of 31 March 2015

Amending Annex II to Directive 2011/65/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council as regards the list of restricted substances. It shall apply the provisions from 22 July 2019.

Annex II

Restricted substances referred to in Article 4(1) and maximum concentration values tolerated by weight in homogeneous materials.

PolyBrominated Biphenyls (PBBs)	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)
PolyBrominated Diphenyl (Dipheny) Ethers [PBB (D) Es]	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)
Bis (2-Ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP)	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)
Butyl Benzyl phthalate (BBP)	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP)	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)	1000 ppm (0.1 weight %)

Delta declare that we are following the RoHS Directive 2011/65/EU and EU/2015/863 to ban hazardous substances in the products (accessories, packaging, are included). Packages used for our products also comply with Directive 94/62/EC.

Certified Part:

6(c) Copper alloy containing up to 4% lead by weight.
7(a) Lead in high melting temperature type solders (i.e. lead-based allows containing 85% by weight or more lead).
7(c)-I Electrical and electronic components containing lead in a glass or ceramic other than dielectric ceramic in capacitors, e.g. piezoelectronic devices, or in a glass or ceramic matrix compound.
7(c)-II Lead in dielectric ceramic in capacitors for a rated voltage of 125V AC or 250C DC or higher.
