Tokyo, Japan, June 21-23, 2017 – Delta Electronics introduced medical power solutions and industrial power supplies at 8th Medical Device Development Expo (MEDIX) 2017, the exhibition which brings together latest technologies from around the world to design and manufacture medical devices.
In this exhibition, Delta showcased the new MEB-1K2 model which can provide up to 1,200W output power in a 5” x 8” form factor. With built-in intelligent fan speed control, MEB-1K2 integrates PMBus Rev 1.3 functionality and optional RS485. The MEB-1K2 provides the highest level of protection for BF type medical applications by meeting 2xMOPP standards.
Another new medical power supply showcased in the exhibition is the MEU-600C. This model offers 600W output power with high power density of 9.5W / inch3. The power supply comes with the same features as MEB-1K2. The MEU-600C incorporates a highly efficient convection cooling design to provide full power up to 50C without the need for an external fan.
