Delta expands the MEA Series Medical AC-DC desktop type adapters by launching a new 90 W output model – MEA-090A. It offers four output voltages 12 V, 15 V, 19 V and 24 V, and is 20% smaller than the previous generation. The MEA-090A meets Efficiency DoE Level VI and ErP Lot 7 with efficiency up to 89%, no-load power consumption < 0.15 W @ 115 Vac and 230 Vac input, touch current < 0.1 mA (under normal circumstances), and electric shock protection complying with 2 x MOPP. It is suitable for various types of medical applications, such as CPAP, patient monitor, portable ultrasound and medical display.
The MEA-090A is certified to both medical and AV/ICT safety standard including EN/BS EN 55011 for industrial, scientific and medical (ISM) radio-frequency equipment, and meets EN/BS EN 55032 for Information Technology Equipment (ITE) radio-frequency equipment.
